The development of industrial technologies at the beginning of the 20th century gave the world a huge number of inventions, which we actively use every day over the past decades. To distinguish one thing in this cascade of products is incredibly difficult, but there is a certain moment that gave us technology that forever changed the world, which will never be the same again. Speech, of course, is about oil products and the invention of plastic, rubber and polyurethane products, which in the modern world can be found literally everywhere, from the refrigerator to space rocket carriers. All these innovations greatly influenced the modern world and incredibly changed our history.

But the most surprising thing in this whole story is the fact that, together with the appearance of the above-mentioned materials, the world has also learned the profile technique that allowed this material to develop at incredible speed. When oil processing products began to be actively used by industrialists, they needed a logistics technique that would cope with the loading of dimensional goods in their own warehouses. In the world there was an extremely acute demand for loading equipment, which was to lead humanity to active development, which subsequently happened. Soon engineers offered their own vision of profile loaders, which could cope with high weight, with the maximum load capacity and even lifting a high weight to a height of several meters, but that’s what this technique had serious problems with, it’s passable. If it was a question of warehouse warehouses under cover and under condition of the slightest pavement, then there were no problems with passability, but as soon as the loader with the goods “on board” moved across the threshold of the loading shop, certain difficulties arose immediately. With this problem, manufacturers turned to new technologies – the creation of rubber tires for trucks.

When creating a tire for forklifts it is extremely important to maintain an incredible balance between cross-country ability, the ability to withstand enormous loads and durability. All these characteristics individually are incredibly difficult to take into account in quality products, and combining them in one model is not an easy task at all. Nevertheless, the producers coped with the hurray and presented the world with several subspecies of the main models. Such tires were intended for both internal use in workshops and with the possibility of driving to conventional off-road. Nobody did not abolish the fact that the profile technique can be in a difficult terrain. While standard tires for a car require a maximum number of kilometers to meet the seasonal requirements without losing their characteristics, forklift tires must remain incredibly resistant to the effects of high pressure and direct influence of the over-weight. Naturally, in this case, it is also extremely important not to deform during prolonged exposure with such pressure. The deformation of the tire in general can deplorably affect the loading. When exposed to high weight, a high-quality tire for the loader can be disassembled and lead to undesirable consequences, up to the loading of loaded machinery.

Quality and unprecedented safety factor
Speaking of tires of poor quality, I want to pay special attention to this problem. The matter is that the most part of service nodes and components of profile technics costs considerable sums of money. This is easily explained by the limiting capabilities and the margin of durability for each of these nodes. Most of the world’s recognized manufacturers strictly control the process of creating tires, where there is a concept of three-factor verification. If during the screening tests the randomly selected tire does not pass an additional series of stress tests aimed at the characteristics of wear resistance, then the entire lot from which it was extracted is subject to recycling. Such strict quality control standards from eminent manufacturers guarantee the safety of the use of loading equipment. But we all know that where there is high demand, there is always a place for a Chinese producer of dubious quality. Unfortunately, the share of such offers on the market does not decrease over the years, if not vice versa. Modern low-budget offers promise the consumer many years of trouble-free operation at the lowest possible price. Buying such tires for forklifts should not believe the promises of the seller, who does not even have the quality and conformity certificates from the manufacturer of this offer. In the end, tires of doubtful quality will fail much more quickly and can help break your equipment, whose repair will cost you much more than buying new tires from a quality brand with a worldwide reputation. If you add to this all the fact that high quality tires will last longer for your loader than a cheap Chinese analogue, then the expediency of acquiring the latter does not come to naught.
